We only publish customer photos, videos and comments that come from a real Tavpaw product experience. We do not invent ratings, testimonials or customer media.

Share a real Tavpaw routine

If you purchased from Tavpaw, you can submit a product photo, a short vertical video, or a written note by emailing hello@tavpaw.com.

Please include

• Your Tavpaw order number
• The product name
• A clear photo or short video showing the product in real use
• One or two sentences about the routine, setup or use experience
• Whether Tavpaw may repost the content on tavpaw.com, email or social channels

What makes a useful demo?

Paw Washer: show the real post-walk routine — the paw before cleaning, the washer being used, and the paw after cleaning.

4L Smart Feeder: show the real setup, the selected Button or WiFi version, food loading and an everyday feeding moment.

Travel Cup: show the cup being packed, filled and used during a real walk or short trip.

Verification and disclosure

Customer notes are published only when we can connect them to a genuine Tavpaw purchase or clearly identified product experience. Any gifted or sponsored contribution will be labeled. We will only repost customer media after permission is granted.

Privacy

Please avoid including personal addresses, payment details or other private information in photos or videos. Tavpaw may crop or edit a submission for format and length, but will not change the substance of the customer's experience.
