Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at sammiyy.1984@gmail.com. Do not send any item back until we confirm the return and provide the correct return instructions and destination.

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the issue and provide a full refund or a free replacement where appropriate.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days, although the bank or payment provider may require additional time.

We do not accept returns for used, damaged-by-customer, personalized, or final-sale items, except where required by law. Customers in the European Union retain any mandatory statutory cancellation rights.
