Is the 4L Smart Automatic Pet Feeder available?
The 4L Smart Automatic Pet Feeder is part of the current Tavpaw catalog. Its product page shows Button and WiFi control options, current pricing and the purchase button for available variants.
What is the difference between the 3-in-1 Travel Cup and GO-01?
They are two different products. The 3-in-1 Travel Cup is a 300ml travel cup offered in nine colours, with a replacement filter sold separately. The GO-01 Pet Travel Water Bottle is a separate 300ml travel water bottle offered in Blue, Yellow, Green and Pink.
Are product sizes, materials and test claims verified?
We distinguish published listing details from measurements or materials that have not yet been independently confirmed. For example, a paw-washer's external cup dimensions are not the same as its usable inner opening. Check our Product Facts & Fit guide and ask us for an exact variant detail before ordering if it matters to your choice.
How do I choose a color, size, pack or configuration?
Use the option selector and the real product gallery on the product page. The displayed price updates according to the selected purchasable variant. Review the option name and gallery before adding the item to your bag.
How are U.S. shipping charges calculated?
Tavpaw currently ships within the United States only. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you place an order and may vary based on the items, package weight and destination.
When will my order arrive?

Can I return an item?
Tavpaw provides a 30-day return window, subject to the published return policy and item condition. Contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
How is checkout handled?
Orders are completed through Shopify checkout. Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout.
