Product Facts, Fit & Transparency | Tavpaw
Know the product, the fit and exactly what's included before you order. This page explains where Tavpaw's current paw-care specifications come from, which measurements still need confirmation and how to ask us about your dog's needs. Our goal is to make everyday pet-care shopping more transparent—not to suggest that an untested claim is proven.
How to read our product information
- Product-listing information: colour options, package descriptions and dimensions taken from the current product page, supplied artwork or available supplier documentation. These descriptions are not automatically independent lab results.
- Still to be confirmed: measurements, materials or performance details for which we do not yet have adequate product-specific evidence. We will say so rather than assume.
- Independent test results: only identified as such when a documented test, test method and result are available. We are not claiming independent testing for the products below.
- Customer reviews: comments and photos must come from real product experiences. Sponsored or gifted contributions should be identified; see our community and real-use notes policy.
Current after-walk product facts
1. CLEAN-01 Dog Paw Wash System
Currently listed: Purple and Pink colour options; one paw washer per standalone product. The product-detail graphic states an approximately 5 cm inner diameter, overall measurements of 21.5 × 10 × 15.5 cm, and weight of 471 g.
Important limit: these figures are transcribed from the product-detail artwork. Tavpaw has not provided an independent dimensional verification for your individual unit; an approximate opening cannot guarantee fit. There is no separate selectable size option.
2. Dog Paw Washer Cup
Currently listed: Small and Large options in Green, Gray or Pink. The graphic shows approximately 10 × 10 × 13 cm external dimensions for Small and 12 × 12 × 15 cm external dimensions for Large. It also uses the material abbreviations PP and TPR.
Important limit: external dimensions are not usable inner-opening dimensions. Tavpaw has not yet established a verified usable opening for either size, or independently confirmed the material of each component. Do not infer fit from the product's S/L label alone.
3. Quick-Dry Pet Towel
Currently listed: Blue, Purple, Grey and Rose Red towel-only options, plus separately named towel-and-cup package options. Always check the selected variant because a towel-only option does not include a paw washer.
Important limit: the textile fibre composition, measured absorbency and a repeatable drying-time result have not been independently verified by Tavpaw. Follow the care instructions provided with your item; we do not promise a fixed drying time.

4. Clean Paw Reset Kit
Currently listed: a two-item set containing one CLEAN-01 paw washer and one Quick-Dry Pet Towel, with Purple Washer + Towel or Pink Washer + Towel variants. It is not the separately sold Small/Large manual Paw Washer Cup.
Before ordering: confirm the selected washer colour and package details. If a gallery image seems inconsistent with the named components, ask us to confirm the specific item before placing the order.
How to check paw-washer fit
- Let your dog stand comfortably and measure the widest part of the paw while it bears weight. Don't squeeze the paw or force it into position.
- Compare that width with an actual usable internal opening when a supplier- or product-specific measurement is available—not the outer cup width.
- Consider paw shape and fur as well as your dog's comfort with handling.
- If the usable opening has not been documented, ask us for a specific measurement instead of guessing from breed or weight.

Product photos, package contents and care
Some images on product pages may be supplied product photographs, explanatory graphics or illustrative composites. An image showing accessories nearby does not mean those accessories are included. The written selected variant and “what's included” description should be checked together. If these appear to disagree, please ask for clarification before purchasing.
For ordinary mud, start with a gentle clean-water rinse or a clean, slightly damp towel, as appropriate. Do not force a paw into a washer or use household disinfectants on pet skin. If paws are sore, cut or irritated, seek advice from a veterinarian.
